Dear customers, please remember that everybody’s time is valuable. We have implemented a security deposit of $100 for each procedure.

Please note that a $100 cancellation fee will be applied to each procedure if you cancel on the day of the appointment. This policy is in place to respect the time and effort our professionals put into preparing for your appointment.

If you want to reschedule your appointment before 24 hours, your deposit persists.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another customer.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
• Must not be on any blood thinning medications
• No acne around brow area
• No HIV, hepatitis, or any other transmittable blood diseases
• No botox done within the last 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment
• Must not have high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, or be undergoing chemo
• Not on any skin treatment (contact me for details)
